Our Return Policies

 

REFUND RULES ONLY APPLY TO ONLINE PURCHASES AND OUR IN STORE POLICIES ARE
DIFFERENT:
We will refund or exchange most items provided they are returned complete,unused and in
their original packaging with all apporiate labels and tags intact within 14 days of
receipt.Cosmeics and pierced jewellery items cannot be returned or echanged due to
current health and hygiene regulations.

Please ensure your returns form is completed in full and any supporting information
written on a separate sheet of paper and enclosed in the parcel. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all the items being returned back to us are
adequately packaged and labelled. Post your parcel to Namish Textiles, Returns
Department, No:33, Lee high road, Lewisham, London SE13 5NS, United Kingdom.

You can return your goods via a Post office using second class recorded delivery for parcels less than
1 kg in weight, thereafter first class recorded, or advised by the postoffice.

Should you wish to use a courier service to return your items back to us, you will need to
address your parcel to Namish Textiles, Returns, 33, Lee High Road, Lewisham, London SE13
5NS.United Kingdom.

International returns can be made from your local postoffice or courier company, should
you need help or advice please email us on namish3331@gmail.com.

Please ensure that you retain the postage receipt and obtain adequate
insurance to cover the value of the returned goods. As we cannot accept
any liability of items until they have been received in full by our store.

We are unable to provide a free returns service, and therefore all return postage costs are
to be covered by the customer. If you return an item to us outside of the terms and
conditions of our return policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund
you.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of any returns, and can only be issued via
the original payment method. If there is an issue where a refund has not been received

During Peak periods such as Festive periods or sales periods, processing returns and refunds
may be slightly delayed.
